Thermal Imaging Inspection

Thermal Imaging is the process of using specialized equipment (in our case an infrared camera) to detect the heat signatures of various systems and components within your home that cannot be seen with the naked eye. 

 

Common issues that your home inspector could discover with the use of thermal imaging equipment:

• Hot spots with electrical equipment to include overloaded/damaged circuits or wiring 

• Moisture penetrations including roof, appliance or plumbing leaks

• Pest Intrusions in your walls or attic

• Energy loss including missing insulation in your walls/attic space or broken/damaged seals in your doors and windows
