General Home Inspection
OverWatch Property Solutions LLC will inspect every major system and component in the home. All inspections will be conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission. The Standards of Practice are filed under Texas Administrative Code Title 22, Part 23, Chapter 535, Sub-chapter R, Rules 535.227 - 535.233. Your home inspection report will be provided to you on the TREC Property Inspection Report form REI 7-5 and delivered via email within 24 hours, same day reports are also available. Our reports are clear, concise and contain color photos to help our clients fully understand our findings. Each client will receive a folder to assist in organizing their home inspection documents. The folder will also contain a free cost estimating guide for common home renovation projects as well as a life expectancy chart for the major components of a home. After your home inspection is complete, our home inspector is happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have for as long as you own your home.
